The indoor swimming pool is a solid spot to unwind after hitting the slopes, complete with a sauna and Jacuzzi that the kids really enjoyed. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the chairlift—just a short walk to Super Venosc—makes morning skiing a breeze, and having an in-house ski shop is a convenient bonus.
The decor feels a bit outdated and could certainly use a refresh in some areas. There were issues with inconsistent room cleanliness. our bathroom could have benefited from a more thorough clean. we experienced some noise disturbances that disrupted our sleep, likely due to thin walls. The breakfast options didn't seem to cater well to dietary restrictions, and I found the food temperature at breakfast wasn't ideal, with items getting cold quickly. On top of that, the layout of the dining room felt cramped, making navigating through it during busy meals a bit of an adventure.

great family-friendly stay but needs better wi-fi
The staff were very courteous and friendly, always ready to help. The spa facilities were perfect after a long day on the slopes. The hotel provides an excellent shuttle service to the ski lifts, making it very convenient for families. I appreciated the free wi-fi, which was essential for keeping in touch with family and planning our day.

The Double South room was cozy with a fantastic mountain view, which really made the stay special. Bed was super comfortable, and the quirky decor added a unique touch. It was clean, but the room was on the smaller side for a longer stay. No major issues, just a bit snug when unpacking all the ski gear. The shower could’ve had better water pressure.

The duplex room offered fantastic views, and the food served was of high quality, especially during buffet meals. the sauna was out of order, and some lights in the room were temperamental, which detracted from our experience. Despite these minor issues, the warm ambiance and friendly atmosphere made it a pleasant stay. Great for families wanting fun and relaxation after skiing.
